Why Watch Mods?
A watch mod is a custom-built timepiece created using NH-series automatic movements and aftermarket components from trusted suppliers. NH35 automatic movement — a widely used Japanese automatic movement known for durability and reliability” Each build is hand-assembled with care and crafted to deliver long-term performance and everyday reliability.
Monarch & Co is an independent brand. Our watches are custom builds using NH-series movements and aftermarket components. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Seiko or any other watch manufacturer.
How long does it take to complete my order?
All watches ship within 1-7 business days and will be in transit for 7-12 business days. For a total of up to 8-19 days
Can I return or exchange my watch?
At Monarch & Co, every timepiece is carefully inspected before shipment. You’re protected by our 30-day return policy — if your watch arrives defective, damaged, or unused in its original condition, we’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange.
Custom modifications requested by the buyer are not eligible for return. To begin a return, please contact support@monarch-co.com within 30 days of delivery for full instructions.
